We all (?) have dreams of becoming someone who is loved, admired, appreciated, and respected. To be valued for who we are and for what we do – when we are doing what matters to us most – is the dream.
But so many of us hide what makes us unique . . . Because that is the very thing others could use to hurt us most – with criticism, scorn, and insult.
But who are we, really, if the “me” that would empower and satisfy us most is the very part of ourselves we keep carefully hidden from view?
